Anyone with at least one shift in the calendar month, whether they clocked in themselves, were punched in by their foreman, used a kiosk or had time entered by the office. We count distinct people, so a worker with 22 shifts counts once.
Only for the people who work. If a worker logs no time in a month, they aren't billed that month. The plan's monthly minimum still applies.
No. Owners, admins, payroll, project managers, superintendents who don't log time, viewers such as an owner's rep, and subcontractor collaborators are free on every plan.
Core has a $149 minimum and Pro has a $299 minimum. If active workers times the per-worker price is less than that, the invoice is the minimum. Above it, you pay per worker.
On Pro, WH-347 and state certified payroll formats are $6 per active worker who logged time on a prevailing-wage job that month. Workers on private jobs aren't charged the add-on.
Your 14-day trial includes every Pro feature and doesn't need a credit card. When it ends, choose Core or Pro. If you don't choose, the account keeps working on Core features so field data never stops syncing.
Yes to both. Every timesheet, report and pay period exports to CSV or XLSX at any time, and Pro includes a REST API and webhooks.
Yes. Every field and kiosk screen is in English and Spanish, chosen per worker, and voice dailies work in either language.
No. The field app runs on the phones crews already carry. For crews without phones, pair any tablet as a shared jobsite kiosk with PIN clock-in.
